Hopping for A Cure
While I do not have an answer to the question: "What does one call a flock of frogs anyway?" Badin Hall raised over $4,000 for cancer research at the 2nd Anual Relay for Life on Friday night. Relay for Life is an all night event where people walk for 16 hours around a track after taking pledges and donations. There's a DJ and loud music playing (essential for keeping old folks like me awake) as well as contests, skits, and lots of junk food. This Relay raised over $100,000. I walked for Frank Panzarella who, as many of you know, was my inspiration for going to law school. I also walked for my Grandfather, who battled and survived colon cancer, and for Forrest Boomer, Miss California's Dad who is in the process of beating skin cancer. Badin won the Most Spirited Dorm award (second year running!) and came in second behind Farley Hall in fundraising (but only by $500!). Pretty impressive for the smallest ladies dorm on campus!

I was looking at your posts about cancer uterine and found a good article about the same cancer uterine info too...
God luck with it : )
